Revision Terms:

Scope of Revisions: The Client acknowledges that any initial requirements not satisfactorily met shall be subject to revisions, contingent upon the nature of the work.

Limit of Revisions: We shall offer up to three revisions per page for adjustments concerning layout, colour, placement of information, content, or other website elements.

Additional Revisions: Should the Client require further revisions beyond the initial three per page, we reserves the right to charge a fee of £25 per hour or as otherwise agreed upon, which will be communicated along with an estimated cost. It is understood that even work taking less than an hour will incur a charge of £25.

Optimisation of Revision Process: To ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, it is recommended that the Client provides a comprehensive list of revisions altogether.

Agreement to Revision Terms: By engaging the services of us, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these revision terms. Disagreement with these terms may result in termination of services.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a disagreement regarding revision terms after work has commenced, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the project and issue a refund to the Client, deducting any payments incurred for hosting or third-party services.

By submitting our questionnaire form, you expressly consent to and accept our revision terms. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to terminate the project and provide a refund of any payments received, subject to deduction of applicable expenses such as hosting fees and other incurred costs.

Furthermore, by submitting the questionnaire form, you hereby release and discharge us from any liability for any financial losses or gains incurred by the operation or performance of the website. It is understood and agreed that our role is strictly limited to website design services as per the terms agreed upon in our discussions. Accordingly, we shall not be held liable for any aspects related to marketing, promotions, business suspensions, or financial losses incurred by your business operations.

Payment Process

We utilise the Stripe payment gateway system for issuing invoices. Upon receipt of the invoice, the customer is granted a period of seven days (or as otherwise agreed upon) to complete the payment. Payment can be facilitated using the provided payment link. Once payment is remitted, we will verify and confirm its receipt.

Deposit Payment: In the event of a deposit payment, upon its reception, we shall proceed with the project in accordance with the terms discussed and agreed upon.

Final Payment and Website Handover: Should the final payment be made subsequent to the completion of the website, we will arrange for the handover of the website upon confirmation of the final payment.

Refund Procedure

In cases necessitating a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment source. Refunds are exclusively processed through Stripe, if the initial payment was made via Stripe invoice. Upon initiation of the refund, Stripe will undertake the refund process to the original payment source. The timeframe for the refund process is contingent upon the customer’s bank, typically within 5 – 10 working days, subject to the policies of the customer’s bank.

Refund Disputes and Resolution: By submitting our questionnaire form, you acknowledge and consent to our refund process. Furthermore, you agree that any issues arising regarding refunds, including delays, are to be initially addressed by consulting your bank and verifying the status of the refund using the provided Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). If delays persist after consultation with your bank using the ARN, you may provide us with further details pertaining to the refund for our review. Upon receipt of additional details, we will liaise with the payment gateway to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• News organizations;
• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
